...You begin your journey by reclining on a series of flat hot stones that
trace your spine. Your skin welcomes their therapeutic energy like ripples in a
pool of water. Within minutes, your body and mind begin to trust and respond to
the sensations. Your breathing slows as warm oils are applied to your skin, the
therapist, with hot stones in hands, rhythmically glide across your meridian
lines. The waves of heat surprise your senses, quickly converting to bliss.
The sensation of 'a thousand hands' sweep the energy throughout your body.
Heated Chakra stones align and balance your energy centres, sending their
healing properties deep into your core. Beginning at the leg, the stones
seamlessly glide, relaxing any tension, up the thigh and along the side of the
torso .... up, then down .... and again. Coin-sized stones are lightly wedged
between your toes, radiating heat as your leg becomes cradled in the warm
blanket.
Upper and lower arms receive the same loving touch, massaging right to your fingertips, all in a delicate, non-stop
ritual. Large
stones are gently cradled in your palms as you become enveloped in the soft,
warm blanket.
Your chest and shoulders receive the same mindful practice. Clearing the

reflexology foot massage and warm stones are placed upon the soles of your feet.
A large, flat, hot stone is
carefully placed on the towel, just above the tail bone. A sequence of synchronized movements follow the peaks and curves
of your body, careful not to cross your spine or come in contact with bones and
joints.
More heated stones caress and massage every inch of your body with
warmth and sedation, while carefully selected and positioned gemstones soothe
the soul.
You're gently guided through the treatment to a world

I work with holly oil which has no scent. The oil comes from the
branches and leaves of the holly plant and is then de-ionized. A water
based Vitamin E is then added, along with Jojoba as a therapeutic moisturizer to
add glide. It is a non-scented, non-staining oil. It is not likely to
cause allergic reactions as it is not a nut-based oil.
I always hold the stones first before touching them to your
body, which ensures that the temperature will not be too hot. However,
everyone has their own comfort range, so be sure to speak up if the stones are
too hot for you.
